South Wales runs on small and medium businesses, family firms, clubs and community organisations, and almost all of them have staff to pay. From our base at 27/28 Gelliwastad Road in Pontypridd we look after payroll for employers the length and breadth of the region.

The region we serve

South Wales is a big, varied place, and we cover the whole of it from our central Pontypridd base. Down in the capital, we run payroll for offices, hospitality and professional firms across Cardiff. Along the coast to the west, we look after manufacturers, retailers and service businesses in Swansea. To the east, employers in Newport rely on us for accurate, on-time pay runs.

In between and all around sit the places that make South Wales what it is: the Valleys communities of Rhondda Cynon Taf and beyond, our home town of Pontypridd, the market towns and industrial estates around Bridgend, and Merthyr Tydfil at the head of the valleys. Wherever your business sits, we are close enough to know the local picture and equipped to serve you.

A central base, close to you

Being at the heart of South Wales means we are never far from the businesses we serve. Pontypridd sits right on the crossroads of the region, with the coast, the capital and the valleys all within easy reach. That central position, combined with modern, secure systems, means you get personal service and quick answers without needing a provider on your own street.

You are not dealing with a faceless national outfit. You are dealing with a local Welsh bureau that picks up the phone, knows your business and speaks to you in plain English. Whether you are in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport or a village up the valley, you get the same care and the same person who knows your account.

What we handle for you

We run the full payroll process for employers across the region. That means processing pay runs on whatever cycle suits you, weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly, and calculating tax, National Insurance, pensions and statutory pay correctly every time. We file Real Time Information (RTI) with HMRC on or before each payday to keep you compliant.

We manage auto-enrolment and workplace pensions, and produce clear payslips, P45s, P60s and reports that we send to you each pay period, ready for you to pay your team. If you want to hand the whole thing over, our outsourced payroll service takes payroll off your plate entirely, so you can get on with running your business.

Clear pricing and free switching

Our pricing is simple and transparent. There is one fixed price of £5 per employee, per month plus VAT, with no long tie-ins and no hidden extras. You can see exactly how it works on our pricing page. Switching to us is free too: we collect what we need, carry across your year-to-date and pension figures, and make sure your staff keep getting paid without interruption.

We are CIPP members, ICAEW-affiliated and ICO-registered, with 60+ years of combined experience and a five-star reputation built on getting payroll right and picking up the phone. Explore payroll in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport and Pontypridd, or get a quote and we will come back to you the same day.

Absolutely brilliant, I couldn't do payroll without Nora and her team. Throughout the pandemic they administered all of my furlough payments and I have not had to worry about any of it.
